Scarlet Hope offers unpaid internships to passionate individuals who desire to gain experience working in a non-profit and serving women in the adult entertainment industry. We accept interns year-round based on need and capacity at our local sites. As an intern, you have the opportunity to serve in a variety of ways: Outreach, Discipleship, Development, Marketing, & Administration. The Details

Spend the summer with the Scarlet Hope team to gain invaluable nonprofit ministry experience, grow spiritually, develop your leadership skills, and discover how God may be calling you to serve exploited & trafficked women.

Dates: June 2 – July 25, 2025

Deadline to Apply: February 14

Location: Louisville, KY

Cost: $3,000 (Fellows are encouraged to raise support to pay this cost. You will be provided with tools to assist in fundraising & all gifts given will be tax-deductible)

Who should apply?

Women between the ages of 19-25 who identify as leaders and are passionate about sharing the Gospel. (Please note: there will be some limits to what you ae able to participate in if you are under the age 21)

How much does it cost?

The total cost for the 8 weeks is $3,000. This includes housing, travel, and a per diem.

What are the dates of the program?

June 3 – July 26, 2024

What should I expect?

This program will include trainings, ministry experience, behind-the-scenes involvement at the ministry, and leadership development.

Will I serve with a team?

Yes! You will serve alongside the local Scarlet Hope team and at least one other summer fellow.

After volunteering with Scarlet Hope for several years and going on the Super Bowl mission trip in 2024 I knew I would love working with the amazing women at Scarlet Hope. The way everyone’s unique gifts come together to serve and love the women we are privileged to help is beautiful. Working here has led to incredible growth, both professionally and in my personal walk with God

Being on staff with Scarlet Hope is nothing short of transformational. If you're on the team, you are already passionate about our work. But then, locking arms with others across the nation who are chasing the same mission, inspiring new ideas, encouraging one another, and growing together is what makes it so much more powerful. When you find a place that excited you to go to work, you never look back.

Working for Scarlet Hope has been an answer to prayer, allowing me to dedicate my time to what I care about while supporting my family. I started as a volunteer with Scarlet Hope and when the opportunity arose to make it my career, it was an easy yes. I have had freedom to grow and use my unique gifts in my role, and I have a wonderful support system through the Network, our volunteers, and our supporters.
