Fellows Program

A short-term experience for emerging female leaders to join the Scarlet Hope movement of
taking the hope and love of Jesus to women in the adult entertainment industry

The Details

Spend the summer with the Scarlet Hope team to gain invaluable nonprofit ministry experience, grow spiritually, develop your leadership skills, and discover how God may be calling you to serve exploited & trafficked women.

Dates: June 2 – July 25, 2025

Deadline to Apply: February 14

Location: Louisville, KY

Cost: $3,000 (Fellows are encouraged to raise support to pay this cost. You will be provided with tools to assist in fundraising & all gifts given will be tax-deductible)

Application Process

Step 1:
Fill out the Interest Form

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your interest in the program.

Step 2:
Apply

A link to an online application will be emailed to you. The application includes references & a background check.

Step 3:
Interview

Selected applicants will complete an online interview with one of our staff members.

Step 4:
Acceptance

We will notify you of your acceptance via email by March 1st.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should apply?

Women between the ages of 19-25 who identify as leaders and are passionate about sharing the Gospel. (Please note: there will be some limits to what you ae able to participate in if you are under the age 21)

How much does it cost?

The total cost for the 8 weeks is $3,000. This includes housing, travel, and a per diem.

What are the dates of the program?

June 3 – July 26, 2024

What should I expect?

This program will include trainings, ministry experience, behind-the-scenes involvement at the ministry, and leadership development.

Will I serve with a team?

Yes! You will serve alongside the local Scarlet Hope team and at least one other summer fellow.
