Love is more than a feeling—it is a commitment to act, to show up, and a lifeline for those in need. At Scarlet Hope, love takes the form of Christ-centered outreach, intentional relationships, and walking alongside women in the adult entertainment industry as they grow in Christ to find hope, dignity, and a new life.

Love Looks Like Showing Up

Scarlet Hope began with a simple yet profound calling: to meet women where they are, just as Jesus meets us. Each week, our team enters clubs and other industry spaces, bringing warm meals and open hearts. These moments build trust, foster connection, and remind women of their immeasurable worth in God’s eyes.

One of the most memorable stories comes from Mary, a woman we met last year in the clubs. As Mary began attending our Bible Studies, her heart softened, and she shared her desire to leave the industry for good. Through one of our community partners, we helped her secure a stable job with full-time benefits. Not only did he hire her, but when Mary shared she couldn’t afford to pay her overdue phone bill, this partner went above and beyond-paying the bill so she could start work the very next day.

Mary’s story is a reminder that showing up, week after week, builds the foundation for life-changing relationships.

Love Looks Like Walking Together

True transformation happens through relationship. Love is not just a one-time meal or conversation; it is walking with someone through life’s ups and downs.

Take Emma*, for example. Emma first joined us at “Coffee with the Church Ladies” after hearing about Scarlet Hope. Over the past several months, we shared with her about the peace found in the Gospel. This week, Emma made a life-changing decision: she placed her trust in Christ. She told us she felt “desperate to the point of complete surrender,” and we reminded her that all God asks for is her faith.

Moments like these remind us that walking with women-though mentorship, discipleship, and prayer-opens the door for God’s transformative work. Emma’s story is just beginning, but we are confident that she is walking into a life filled with hope and healing.

Love Looks Like Creating Opportunities

Love isn’t just about meeting immediate needs—it’s about helping women rebuild their lives with dignity. Through our partnerships and community resources, we connect women to counseling, financial literacy programs, and vocational training to empower them to pursue careers that reflect their God-given talents.

For instance, we recently helped a woman transition out of the industry by connecting her to a local partner who provided training and employment. It’s incredible to see how God works through relationships and practical support to bring restoration.

Love Looks Like the Gospel in Action

At the core of Scarlet Hope’s mission is the Gospel. Every meal served, every prayer spoken, and every relationship built is rooted in Christ’s love and the transformative power of His grace.

Through outreach, we’ve seen not only women’s lives changed but also the hearts of club owners and staff. One club manager recently handed us a $500 donation, saying, “You really don’t know how amazing we think you all are and how grateful we are that you come each week.” Moments like this show us that God is at work not just in the lives of the women, but throughout the entire community.
