When we hear the phrase, “What is the ROI?” (Return on Investment) it is typically in a business setting. But what is the ROI at Scarlet Hope?” The spiritual ROI at Scarlet Hope has nothing to do with dollars, rather spiritual sense.
Western culture encourages short-term results, quick answers, don’t make me wait for it yesterday efficacy. The problem with that model in ministry is it renders a low ROI, not much fruit. In for the long-haul, Scarlet Hope positions itself to learn who the women they serve are, helping them see the love Jesus has for them- and that takes time. If the business world were to evaluate the work at Scarlet Hope, the effort versus the time it takes to yield fruit (John 15:8), they would get low marks. Praise be to our mighty God that His accounting sees us in a different light!
