This Saturday, April 30th at 10:30am we are hosting our second annual Women’s Tea event! It is a morning of education, inspiration and fellowship with our theme this year focusing on “A Mother’s Love.” Dr. Karen Hutcheson will be our keynote speaker this year, discussing the importance of healthy parent relationships. Dr. Karen will dig into how a healthy connection with a caregiver helps a child develop trust, heal from past wounds, and experience a deep sense of felt safety, self-worth and empowerment. In addition, Dr. Karen will explore how a mother’s consistent, safe, and loving care provides crucial neurological connections for healthy brain development.
Executive Director Rachelle Starr will update us about what God is doing in Scarlet Hope and on the vision for the future of the ministry. We will hear stories of hope as women from the adult entertainment industry are recognizing trauma and hurt from the past and changing their lives for the future!
