Scarlet’s bakery is a “Freedom Business” in other words a social enterprise where we are maximizing the resources and partnerships Scarlet Hope has to improve the lives of many women that have been exploited; by developing a bakery that will employ women that are being freed from exploitation.
As the Director of Business Development we are seeking someone that has had a strong interest in operating and running your own business. The director will be strategic in the planning and execution of the following steps: renovations of our retail space, writing a business & marketing plan that will yield long term growth, securing letters of intent with future customers (churches, businesses, restaurants and events) hiring and training employees, overseeing daily operations of the bakery.
For someone who has always wanted an “Entrepreneur Residency” this would give you a perfect opportunity to begin that journey and grow in your skill and knowledge of directing a worthy business mission.
