Core Values
Humility
We do everything in humble submission to our Heavenly Father, recognizing that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Rom. 3:23) and yet by grace alone, “everyone who calls on the name of Jesus will be saved” (Rom. 10:13).
Outwardness
We believe that God has called us to get out of our comfort zones and go into the world, looking outside of ourselves and focusing on God and others in order to advance His Kingdom. “[Jesus] said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’” (Mark 16:15)
Prayerfulness
Prayer is the foundation of our ministry. Everything we do is covered in prayer because we believe “if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us” (1 John 5:14).
Excellence
Because we represent Christ and all we do is for Him, we approach our work with excellence and professionalism, following the command in Col. 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
