# Scarlet Hope

> Scarlet Hope is a national 501(c)(3) Christian nonprofit (EIN 27-0804557), founded in Louisville, Kentucky in 2007 by Rachelle Starr, that shares the hope and love of Jesus with women in the adult entertainment industry through consistent outreach, discipleship, and community. It is the only national ministry combining consistent face-to-face outreach inside the adult industry with innovative digital engagement.

In 2025, Scarlet Hope reached 70,937+ women through outreach, delivered 18,410+ meals and gifts inside clubs and on the streets, received 6,680+ prayer requests, and made 2,504+ referrals to safe partnerships and care programs.
